Wake-up time calculator

Going to bed soon? Enter the time and see when to set your alarm so you wake at the end of a sleep cycle.

Wake between cycles, not inside one

Sleep comes in cycles

Through the night you move from light sleep to deep sleep and back, again and again. Waking from deep sleep is what leaves you heavy and foggy.

Regular beats early

A wake-up time you keep every day, weekends included, does more for your mornings than a heroic early one you manage twice a week.

The alarm is only half of it

Knowing your bedtime is the easy part. Getting out of bed when the alarm rings is where most plans fail, and that is the part RiseDare is built for.

Questions people ask

If I sleep at 11 PM, what time should I wake up?

Allowing about 15 minutes to fall asleep: 5:15 AM for six hours, 6:45 AM for seven and a half hours, or 8:15 AM for nine hours.

Is it better to wake at the same time every day?

Yes. A regular wake-up time, weekends included, is one of the most reliable ways to make mornings easier, because your body clock learns when to start winding up.
