Bedtime calculator
Enter the time your alarm rings. You get three bedtimes that end on a full sleep cycle, so the alarm does not catch you in deep sleep.
A good morning starts the night before
Through the night you move from light sleep to deep sleep and back, again and again. Waking from deep sleep is what leaves you heavy and foggy.
A wake-up time you keep every day, weekends included, does more for your mornings than a heroic early one you manage twice a week.
Knowing your bedtime is the easy part. Getting out of bed when the alarm rings is where most plans fail, and that is the part RiseDare is built for.

Counting 90-minute cycles and about 15 minutes to fall asleep: 8:45 PM for nine hours, 10:15 PM for seven and a half hours, or 11:45 PM for six hours.
Waking in the middle of deep sleep leaves you groggy, even after a long night. A slightly shorter night that ends between cycles can feel better than a longer one that does not.
