Morning study sessions are popular for a reason: fewer distractions, a quiet house and a fresh mind. The hard part is getting up consistently, especially after late-night revision.

Protect your sleep first

A 6 AM wake-up works only if you're in bed by around 10:30–11 PM. Cutting sleep to study more usually hurts memory and focus the next day.

A sample first hour

  • 6:00 — Alarm with a math chain mission (warms up your brain).
  • 6:05 — Water, splash your face, open a window.
  • 6:10 — 10 minutes of light stretching or a walk.
  • 6:20 — Hardest subject first: 50 minutes, phone in another room.
  • 7:10 — Break, breakfast.
Chuzi's tip · Start a group with your study friends. Seeing everyone's avatar glow 'awake' on the board is surprisingly motivating.

Keep weekends close

Try to keep your weekend wake time within an hour of your weekday one. Big swings make Monday mornings much harder.

Consistency beats intensity. Two months of steady 6 AM starts will do more than a week of 4 AM heroics.
