Many Android phones aggressively close background apps to save battery. That's great for battery life — and terrible for alarms. Here's how to fix it.
All Android phones
- Settings → Apps → RiseDare → Battery → Unrestricted.
- Allow notifications and 'Alarms & reminders' (exact alarms).
- Allow 'Display over other apps' so the ringing screen can open.
Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO
- Security app → Permissions → Autostart → turn on RiseDare.
- Battery saver → App battery saver → RiseDare → No restrictions.
- Recent apps → long-press RiseDare → Lock.
Oppo / Realme / OnePlus
- Settings → Battery → More settings → Optimise battery use → RiseDare → Don't optimise.
- Settings → Apps → Auto launch → allow RiseDare.
Vivo / iQOO
- i Manager → App manager → Autostart → allow RiseDare.
- Battery → Background power consumption → allow high usage.
Samsung
- Settings → Battery → Background usage limits → Never sleeping apps → add RiseDare.
